You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
You agree not to: post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; manipulate votes, ratings, or rankings; impersonate any person or organisation; attempt to disrupt platform operations; or use automated tools to scrape or interact with the platform without written permission.
Dealsvanta aggregates deal information submitted by community members and is not a retailer. We cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, or final price of any deal. Retailers control their own stock, pricing, and terms. Always verify deal details on the retailer's own website before purchasing.
We reserve the right to review, edit, remove, or restrict any content or account at our discretion, at any time, with or without notice — particularly where content violates these terms or our community guidelines. Moderation decisions are final but may be appealed via our Contact page.
We aim to keep Dealsvanta available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, pause, or discontinue any feature or part of the platform at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your use of the service.
The platform and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealsvanta makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any content or functionality on the platform.
