Kaytee Nut & Fruit Wild Bird Seed 5 lb

The Kaytee 100061951 is a wild bird food blend made for a 5 lb supply, suited to small backyard bird owners filling a modest feeder. It is meant for people who want a single feeder’s worth of seed for common songbirds.

The blend includes sunflower seeds, peanuts, mixed feed nuts, raisins, and cherries, so expect a mix of familiar seeds. Kaytee names cardinals, chickadees, nuthatches, grosbeaks, juncos, and woodpeckers as birds it targets, so a backyard feeder may attract several kinds. The brand says the mix is high in energy and nutrition for those birds.

Worth knowing: the 5 lb bag is a single pack, so it may not cover multiple large flocks.
