Playards & Playpens Deals

Cheap playpens and portable play yards

Cheap playpens and playards give babies a contained space for play or naps, and this page pulls those offers together. Models with bassinet inserts, attached changers and canopies sit next to simple fold-up designs, handy for grandparents' houses, travel and families who want a portable spot for nap time.

Are cheap playpens worth the money for your family?

• Read the age, height, and weight limits on a playpen, and stop using one once your child can climb out.
• Bassinet and changer attachments add uses for newborns, but each attachment carries its own weight and age limits.
• Use only the mattress pad that came with the playard, since extra padding may not fit snugly.
• Folded size and weight matter if you travel by car or plane.

Which suits you: Lightweight folding playards suit families who travel or need a nap space at relatives' homes, while those wanting a play area at home may prefer larger panel play yards.
